Cailyn Cowley is an American graphic designer from the central Illinois area. She grew up in Morton, Illinois (the pumpkin capital of the world) before attending Illinois Central College and transferring to Illinois State University to obtain her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.

She credits her passion to create to her four younger siblings, Terry, Toby, Brenyn, and Cade. She learned creativity, communication, patience, and collaboration vicariously though her siblings and her time spent in her childhood home.

She is interested in branding, informational design, and typography and wants to use graphic design as art, social change, and to make a difference. She enjoys crafting, reading, and scrolling through Pinterest in her free time. Cailyn believes in seeing the good in people, second chances, and giving good energy back into the world around her.

Cailyn is interested in color, and how color can be applied to graphic design. Her work features bold, saturated, bright colors and understanding how color can enhance design principles and hierarchies.
